#Merchant-Directory is a group designed to collect and showcase pieces for sale on deviantART. This includes artists selling prints through deviantART as well as artists selling handmade goods on Etsy, Ebay, or their own websites.
Everybody is welcome to join as well as watch the group, but only deviations for sale will be accepted into the gallery.
We have yet to figure out a system for Featured deviations.

Yes, please do! All are welcome to join and watch the group.
What can I submit?
Only deviations that are for sale, either through deviantART or that you have listed elsewhere. The deviation description must have a link to where it can be purchased or contact information for purchasing. Also, if the item is listed as an auction you must say so in the description. If your submission does not follow these guidelines, it will be declined with a short comment. Deviations for one-of-a-kind items already sold will be declined.
Right now there are no limits on the number of submissions. This is a new group, and in past experience, new members want to submit as many things as possible to gain exposure. Submissions will be approved on a first-come basis if they meet the rules above. My goal is to not create too much spam but still approve up to fifty submissions a day or every other day as the need may be. If you would like this policy to change, please don't hesitate in sending a note.
Help! My submission doesn't fit in one of the folders!
We're still growing, so folders will be added as they are needed. Our goal is to create a detailed and extensive list of the items available so buyers can quickly find what they are looking for or easily browse similar items.
Folders titled "deviantART- Name" are only for the listed type of product for sale through the deviantART website.
Please be courteous, and once an item has sold edit the deviation description to reflect the sale.
An explanation of folders
General submissions- Things that won't fit elsewhere, or fit too many places at once.
Historical Reenactment- Anything from primitive human to the turn of the century. Includes props and costumes.
Religion and Spirituality (Christian)- Items pertaining to Christianity or heavily influenced by Christianity such as Bibles, Crosses, Rosaries, Religious Stained Glass, etc.
Religion and Spirituality (Jewish)- Items pertaining and influenced by Judaism.
Religion and Spirituality (Islam)- Items pertaining to and influenced by Islam.
Men's Clothing- Clothing created for men.
Women's Clothing- Clothing created for women.
Children's Clothing- Clothing created for children.
Handbags, Purses, Wallets, and Clutches- Items intended for use as one of the above.
Fashion Accessories- Items that are not jewelry. Includes har accents, sunglasses, keychains, footwear, belts, etc.
Jewelry- Earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, anklets, and items of that nature.
Home Accents- Anything to enhance the home. Examples include pillows, lighting, kitchen tools and others.
Furniture- Separate from Home Accents.
Outdoor Accents- Items intended to go outside or in a garden.
Dolls and Miniatures- Includes dolls and accessories.
Ceramics, Pottery, and Glassware- handmade vases, glasses, dishes, globes, glass paperweights, and others.
Knitting, Crochet, Needlework, Quilts- Items that have been created with one of the above methods.
Books and Papercraft- Includes handmade books, paper, and greeting cards.
Woodworking- Practical and decorative items made from wood.
Metalcraft- Items made from metal that can be decorative or intended for use. For earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, please see Jewelry.
Wall Art (Prints and Traditional Media)- High Quality prints, Oils, Acrylics, Pastels, Charcoal, and Mixed Media intended to be hung.
deviantART Prints- High quality prints available through the deviantART website.
deviantART Calenders- Calenders created by artists and available through the deviantART website.
deviantART Mugs, Magnets, Coasters, and Mousepads- Other items available with artwork through the deviantART website.
Taxidermy and Skulls- Includes traditional and soft taxidermy, skulls, bones, furs, and items made from any of these that don't fit in another category. |
